Stupid pitfall

The other day, I think it was sometime on friday or saturday, I get out of my house to see that annoying insurance salesman Lye. I already got my health insurance from him, and I didnt want anything else, but he continued to wait at my house. So I decided to get a pitfall seed and throw him in a ditch.

Well, I wasnt very surprised, but it was still stupid. He walked right ontop of the hole where I put the pitfall, and he was fine. He didnt fall in or anything. Ugh, I wish I was able to do that. All well.

I never knew that! =O That's stupid..unless it's one with wings they shouldn't be able to float over pitfalls! Oh well, atleast you can always have fun pushing the townspeople into them!

wait if he talks to you do you have to buy the insurance or does he evntually go away? every time he talked to me I didn't have enough money on hand for it.

You don't have to buy it, as long as you tell him you're not interested from the start. I've bought like...every kind of insurance you can, and he STILL comes every Saturday and follows me around, though.. *sigh* -.-

So say you say yes to the first question but than you find out you don't want it and so you say no. You won't be able to go back and you have to buy it or do you have a second chance?

Ummm...I'm not sure. I always either said no at first or bought it. You might be able to if you do it the second time, but I wouldn't try it unless you wanna risk buying it!

lol, what kind did you get? The first one he sells you is life insurance I think, and if you get stung by a bee he mails you 100 bells the next day. And that continues forever every day you get stung. You'd make more money just catching the bee and selling it...

Then there is a painting one. If you buy a fake painting from Redd, Lyle will buy it off of you for like..100 bells, I think, if you have insurance. Which really isn't worth it either..

I can't remember if there are any other ones..I personally think the only even partially good one is the life insurance. But only if you shake a lot of trees, and you aren't good at catching bees...Otherwise I would just avoid the guy all together.
