Yup, It was able to read Phillips Compact Disks but it was only sold in Japan. The possibilities of finding a N64DD are very rare. And the only place that you can probably buy it is at eBay most likely. I'm going to go on there in a few minutes to see if they have any being sold. If I find any, I'll post a link to them. It was official, but the project was scrapped after the whole dolphin/cube project with that new zelda video.

Yeah. That thing could have been very good. Maybe it could be back in the future, with some updates like adding a better graphics and a little redesign of the system. The name could stay but it could change just like the Revolution/Wii change.
