"IBM has begun shipping millions of its "Broadway" microprocessors to Nintendo, keeping the company on track to launch its Wii gaming console as early as November." If that's true than the Wii will not have a launch like the Xbox 360. YAAA I won't have to wait in a line with weird people for 3 days straight ;D!

With the launch date of any system, I highly doubt that everyone who wants one will be able to get one on the first shipment. Unless nintendo can supply ten to every store that can sell one, there still will be a little boy without his wii.

Yes. I don't think I will face that situation though. I can't think of a single person I know thats really into games,or even know what a Wii is. Besides our Super Walmart will open soon so I'm happy!

Well not really. All we had was a regular wal-mart before. Also new business are coming in now.Chili's,Cold Stone Creamery, and some beauty parlor. Also off-topic sorry. To take it back on. The wal-mart didn't like nintendo their selection for it was next to nothing! Now I'm hoping that'll change.

My mom hates the place simply because the lines are too long and its a little more expensive. Ugh, the only coldstone near where I live is about 30 min away.

i love coldstones, especially the ones that have waffle bowls with a chocolate and sprinkle dip.. mmmm on topic, I read that the Wii will have free online games, but the Wii Browser must be paid for with something called Wii-Points, my assumption is that Wii-Points are bought with money, then used to dl games with the Virtual Console and other Wii add-ons. SOURCE wii.nintendo.com/channel.htmljust scroll down to the Wii Shop Channel section.
