I've been trying to find out what type of tv was used at this years E3 to play the Nintendo Wii but the pictures and movies are just to blurry. You see I'm trying to shop for A new HDTV and ever since I heard of the new problems that come with them for gamers gear.ign.com/articles/712/712352p1.htmlI figured the best one would be the one's played at this year's E3, so if anybody knows the what type of tv was at this year's E3 or better yet saw them first hand it would really help if you could tell me.

Does it really matter what Kind of TV you have? (other than size)
I mean, all these game companies put them on fancy expensive TVs just to make their products look better, its not like getting the wrong type of TV will take away some of the graphics or gameplay.
Just remember
Plasma is good in dark, but bad in the light. In other words, get plasma when you're mostly watching or playing at night, or if the room has no windows.

a flatscreen is pretty good too.i dont mean a plasma, flatscreens have good picture quality and they make your tv look bigger for some reason.i have a 20 inch in my room, and it is great for playing ultra bright, ultra colorfull nintendo games.

Well I get what your saying but I my TV has dead pixels stuck in the corner and since it's an older model I can't refund it. So I'm trying to find A Tv that I can still play video games with and from A fact don't most gamers play in the dark to begin with.

nice quote.like i said get a flat screen.there really good. Most of toady's TVs are flatscreens. In fact, I think it's very hard to find a new flat-screen TV today.
