That's good news. Even more reason why Wii could sell more than other consoles.

If it is that prics I'll be sooo happy. But it'll probably not include the numchuck controller and it might include Wii Sports.

2.im not getting it at launch so i dont get screwed over when theres a better deal after the holiday rush

Did you guys read the entire article? Look at this quoute

"However, console prices rarely convert according to exchange rates. At most, we can probable take this report to indicate an anticipated US price of under $200."

Also, dont get too excited, its just a prediction:

"This report is just another prediction by a financial institution and shouldn't be taken as confirmation of the Wii's price. For now, the official Nintendo word is that the system will be sold for under 25,000 yen in Japan and $250 in America. Final details are expected in September."

Dont get your hopes up to get it to be as low as $170. But I could see it selling for $200. And their stock prices might increase after the initial release of it, so the price of it could eventually get lower over time, but faster than most other consoles. But remember, nintendo still, wants to sell the cheapest possible good quality console to their fans.
