Scariest characters in a video game.

Who or what would you say was the most scariest characters, enemies or neutrals in a video game.
YES, we are all fucking freaked out by regenerators in resi 4, and bastard lickers in resident evil 2, but what other ones.
Its rarely that Im freaked out by something in a video game.
But there is one that scares me, chills me to the bone.

The ghosts in Silent Hill 4.
They are basically invincible, except to some tedious exorcisim ritual... and all you have to kill them are melee weapons.

As they get closer to you the screen starts getting all fuzzy which makes it even harder to get away from them.

When I was little I always was freaked out by the Redeads. Their scream was pretty scary to me, too. *shudders*
What was worst was, I finally thought they were gone when all of a sudden I was playing Animal Crossing and...and...AAAAAH!

Well this one scared me when I was young because I didn't want to lose! So this one pissed me off!



And I do remember when i first played diablo 2 that i was scared of duriel. Oh man that guy scared me so much. Now he just looks so awsome. (still annoying to kill)

Any enemy from yoshi's story is scary.
Cold dead, rotting fear as I slip into madness when I play that game the enemy's are like masked demons from hell itself.
