Nintendo did a thing today.

Cave Story hits WiiWare March 22nd

Super Mario Galaxy 2 will be out in North Amercia on May 23rd

Metroid: Other M comes out in North America on June 27th

There's a demo of Metroid, but there's an embargo on impressions on it until 9PM PST, I believe there is a similar embargo on Mario, but I don't think there's a demo of it.

It's a good year to own a Wii.

I should have specified, the demo is at the media summit for the press. It's happening right now, but people can't talk about it for 6 more hours. And contrary to my previous statement, I believe there is also a Galaxy 2 demo.

Nintendo.com also updated the Metroid: Other M and Super Mario Galaxy 2 pages with summaries and screenshots. (and a trailer for Mario)

Hopefully they'll have release dates for you guys in PAL regions soon.

You say "sidescroller" like it's a bad thing. And Other M isn't even a sidescroller, it's a freakish combination of first-person and third-person. (of both the sidescrolling and the non-sidescrolling variety)
