okami is a game where you play amaterasu okami,the sun goddess.the story begins when a foolish ugly bastard named susano has awakened the demon orochi,a multi-headed dragon that,while having no arms or legs,still managed to take over the world.so you are tasked with kicking his scaly ass over and over again.

okami is fugging huge,most likely you'll think the game is coming to an end over and over again,only to discover that the adventure has just begun.

easily one of the best games for the wii

i get better at games without even playing them,when i first played through okami,my brush attacks wouldn't register,and whenever i would try to attack with a glaive okami would just sit there and charge up an attack.

but now when i play it the game works perfectly.

last month i picked up re4 to try to get the handcannon in mercenaries mode,and somehow kicked ass like i had been playing the game nonstop since it came out.

I have the PS2 Okami. I hated it at first, then I tried playing it again and enjoyed it, but I didn't get far before I was distracted by something else and I never picked it back up.

I believe I got it waiting for the Wii to be released, then the second time I played I was waiting for Brawl. Perhaps I'll play it again when a new MOTHER is announced (never)

"okay,everything's getting all climactic,and this ninetails guy is a fucking hard boss,so this should be the end of the game."5 hours later "okay,so now i should be getting pretty close to beating it....right?10 hours later *sobbing* "please okami,i've been playing for 28 hours,i want to be done,i can't keep on pulling all-nighters trying to finish you"

1 hour later "......they think i'm crazy,but i'm not,THEY'RE CRAZY,i'll just keep on playing this game,such a pretty game...........so much fun.....yay....."

another hour later,"is it over,can i sleep now,i want to sleep so badly,but....i didn't unlock all the costumes....well i guess i can play....one more time......"

so sor-fucking-ry if i assumed that you didn't beat it because its easily the longest feeling game in existence.
