well i got a 360 from ups,its not mine,but they did give me 1 free month of xbox live,which will be useful because i'm going to get real internet soon.
still pissed off though,my 360 was in perfect condition,this one has a scratch on the left side.

thats unlikely,theres these foam things that you put on the ends of the 360,they keep the 360 in the middle of the box without it even touching the sides of the box.
