yes it is normal cuz i also have a LCD monitor. so your not alone.

well i think i remember that there wasnt that dead space on the left and right,the important stuff just stretched to cover the full screen.

I don't see anything that looks odd to me, but I'm using a laptop. So yeah, I guess however WT looks on an LCD must be different or something.

The WT layout is pretty much flawless, apart from there should be an easier bit to read your mail.

well on an unrelated note i got my sound working again,it was this dumb service pack that windows told us to install.got rid of that and the speakers work again.
