Yeah, press up on the directional pad and your block will magically appear where it's shadow is. Yeah, in this version there is a shadow that shows where the block will be when it goes down.

what is the L block and T block? anyways what will we do since we're the Tetris crew? Well anyways I heard that the guy that made Tetris is making games or msn right now.

Really, What kind of games? Like Tetris? Or other games? And do you mean games for the MSN website or for the messenger? Sorry if that was too many questions.

Oh, and the L block and T blocks are different shaped blocks that fall when playing Tetris..have you never played before? o.O I'm not sure the purpose of L block and T block for clubs though..I guess just a nickname Correct me if I'm wrong. o.o

he's making games for the msn website. They're puzzle games and they're sort of like Tetris. Anyways I should sort of be the vice-tet guy because I was the on that got the idea to make a Tetris club but I don't care that much.

Stratedgy maybe?

What I do is stack the block up really fast by using the up buttion with one block on the side that has enought room for an I block. Once the tetromoids stack up to 5 block high, I take an I block and get a tetris!

But thats probally how everyone else does it.

Which version of tetris is your favorite?

Mine is the the original gameboy one. I never had it for the NES or N64, so I played it all the time on my gameboy. I kept on playing it until I got my DS and Tetris DS. But sometimes, I like to take out my SP and stick in tetris. I never got the gameboy advanced version, or the virtual boy one (I didnt even get a virtual boy!). But I have the crappy one for the xbox. Everyone I know agrees with me: Tetris Worlds for the Xbox sucked!

It sucked so much that they tried throwing in the game with the game Star Wars Clone Wars (another crappy game) to make up for it.

I hope they make one for the Wii.

They are making one for the Wii. You control the drop with the Wii-mote. I even heard you can now make the block go back up!
(Probably just a rumor though.)
Xbox Tetris did sux! It suxed HARD! That's why Tetris belongs with nintendo!
My fav Tetris game is the a tie between the NES one and the Gameboy one.
Lastly, should this club be moved to clubs&crews in general, or stay here?

That's pretty much what I do, too. But I put an I block in my reserved block box, and continue stacking until I get it high enough to get two tetrises in a row..Unless the person I'm playing keeps sending me too high, in which case I'll just use my reserved I block to get a tetris and start working my way back down so I don't die! XD

My favorite would probably be Tetris for N64. Don't get me wrong, the origional was awesome, too! But I really liked what they did with the like.. gooey gold and silver block things! Plus it was the first time I could play Tetris with 4 people. We used to have our old neighbors up and play Tetris and Cruisin' World all the time. It was so fun!

Hmm.. I dunno about new blocks, I kinda like the ones they have now. I guess it would be okay if they made some new ones, but they already have every kind of shape possible to be composed of 4 mini-blocks, don't they? Unless they have spaces in them or something..which would be kind of weird. o.O Or if they made the blocks larger, that could work. Anyways, I hope you can understand what I'm talking about there.. XD

As for playing with the Wii-mote, I think the blocks should fall by themselves(otherwise the game could go on forever while you take your time thinking what move to make). But for speeding them up, you have to pull the Wii-mote down. The faster you pull down, the faster they fall. Or something like that.. And for turning, you could just turn the Wii-mote!

Hahah, yeah.. that could get annoying. Maybe they could make it so you can choose to play by using the controller itself, or just using the control pad. But hey, if you use the controller the whole time atleast you can get a workout!

You know what would be kinda neat for a new block? A single block. Just one little block that could fit anywhere. But it would only come up every now and then, that would be kinda neat.

Also, if they make a Wii version, they should include the modes they had on the DS. You could just the Wii mote for the touch version too. That would be fun. If they cant think of anything, they could just convert the entire DS version over, but that wouldnt be original.
