What Classic games for the Wii have you purchased? I don't have much at all but I've gotten Gunstar Heroes and Sonic the Hedgehog. I must say Gunstar 2 player co-op is a blast. And Sonic bring back old memories. I was considering wheter or not I should get Super Mario Bros or not, but I postponed it to later seeing as I've played the game so much in the past. So what classic games did you buy. And which ones do you regret buying?

I hate Castlevania IV & Golden Axe! They're better in an arcade. I must say though that Super Mario 64 is fun. It works well with the GCN controller.

Most SNES and that era are 600 or 800 points. Super Mario 64 was 1000 though and the original SMB was 500. Whatever point amount it is will usually be that much (like 600pts. = $6)

how much are these games? It's basically 5$ for NES games 8$ for SNES games 10$ for N64 games TurboGrafx and Sega Genessis are about 6-8$ You can tilt the Wii mote on its side and hold it like a classic NES style position to play most games. Other games require a Classic Controller (Sold separately) or a Gamecube one if you don't have the classic controller.

Super Mario 64
Gunstar Heroes
R-Type
Super Mario Bros.
Sonic The Hedgehog
I'd go with Super Mario 64, Gunstar Heroes and Sonic The Hedgehog as your best games so far, But I'd Stay Far Away From R -Type. It's just to damn annoying, and I'm not sure it's even possible to beat(i want my 6 bucks back).

I guess I'll ask here. The virtual console controller, is it available in stores? Does it really affect the game expierience?
Also I wish Nintendo could let you sample a game before buying or something...

The controller isn't really a full neccessity but it's compatible with all the virtual console games, plus it does feel better than a gamecube controller. But if you have a gamecube controller you can use it too. And that's actually a pretty good idea, like a 5 minute try or something.
