Check List for the day 1. Get Drunk 2. Cry in my corner about how life is unfair 3. Buy a Nintendo Wii 4. Sue Nintendo 5. Cry in my corner some more
It seems like this is everyone's check list. That's right, ANOTHER person is suing Nintendo. This time it turns out because of the strap(evern though they're replacing all of them for free)! www.gamespot.com/news/6163421.htmlThis guy in Texas is suing Nintendo because his strp broke so he can't use the controller! Discuss the absurd move.

Life's a bitch. We move on, and so does Nintendo. Sure people are suing Nintendo for absurd reasons, but Nintendo will come out on top, because these cases can't possibly win. We'll just have to deal with this till it blows over.

The law suit regarding the technology that the Wii remote uses was just a tad threatening.
This one doesn't stand a chance.

These guys are just suing Nintendo so Nintendo can stop the Wii shipments and let PS3 earn more money in sales. No wonder I haven't seen a Wiimote in any of my local stores for the past 4 days. I need one for the Christmas trip to Japan & Mexico.

For god sakes this guy can't use a Wii Mote without the damn starp? What kinda complete Noob above Noobs can't use the Wii Mote when a complete stranger at E3 was able to even though he had never played it before. I mean what is his problem (and gaming status) Anyway!

Of course it's Nintendos fault.
They should've coated the Wii remote with glue.

Seriously some people are just plain retarded.
But it is good that the straps will be replaced, they are rather flimsy and look like they will break. Also don't bash the people who drop the wii-mote, it has accidentally happened to me once.. when I was boxing, I guess I just got tired and it happened. Luckily I had the strap on.

It's fine, I don't make fun of the people that let the remote slip out of their hands. I make fun of ones that get mad and blame Nintendo or the Wii over something that was their own fault and their own accident.

Oh, Nintendo is just gonna throw the redneck some money so he can be happy. Thats the way it always is with these frivolous lawsuits. Instead of sending and waisting money on lawyers, they just throw the guy some bucks to save the work.
