Wii Price and Date!

It's official! Although September 15 was really the date where the info would hit the US, News leaked from japan to us earlier than we thought.

Nintendo Wii Price: 250$

Release Date: November 19

Nintendo fans finally have a price and release date for the company's new generation console, Wii. The Big N has officially announced that the system will hit retail in North and South America for $249.99 on November 19. The New York Times initially published the story and seems, in fact, to have beaten Nintendo Co. Ltd with the news.Nintendo's Wii console will come packaged with one Wii remote, one nunchuck attachment, an AC adapter, an audio/video cable, a sensor bar, sensor bar stand, a Wii console stand, and two batteries.

The US package will also come bundled with a copy of Wii Sports, a compilation sports game that best shows off the mechanics of the system's unique controller. Wii Sports features tennis, baseball, golf, and previously-unannounced bowling and boxing games.

No Metroid Prime 3 has been delayed to 2007, but on the plus side critics have said the game has improved a lot and is looking to be extremly great.

yeah,i couldnt really accept the idea of mp3 being a launch title anyway.

and i would prefer that SSBB comes out in 2007 rather then 2006.

oh,EGM says that theres a new dragon quest game coming out for the wii as a launch title

Sorry for the absence, I've been very buys. But yeah,the wii, awsomeness. But I'm going to be very angery when it first comes out.

Why? Because my parents will probally get it at release and they wont let me have it until X-mas!!!!

Agh, and I'll know exactly where they're going to hide it. It will be so tempting to steal it and play it while my parents arent home.

Then why don't you? Just make sure you know what time they will be back and give yourself enough time after playing to re-package/wrap it and get it back before they get home...they will never know. >.>

Anyways, I'm excited! I'm going to try my best to get one at launch! And I don't have to wait until christmas

just be patient,because a person doesn't deserve a wii if he cant wait another month to play it.and if your parents are like mine,then they're probably really good at wrapping the presents.my DS was in a sandal box wrapped in an old sweater.no kidding.

But I just feel that a person should be able to play with a system they recived as a gift and definetly should be able to use something they bought with their own money if they are mature enough.
