I think some of you have heard the news but this past week, vgchartz and G4's Attack of the Show has announced that the Nintendo Wii console has passed the Xbox 360 in system sales. Yup that's right, Nintendo is now the king and current leader of the current console wars.

Besides, the only reason the Xbox 360 was ahead in the first place was becuse it was out first.

The 360 will take the number 1 spot for a short while when Halo 3 comes out, but when SSBB comes out it'll go right back to the Wii!

It'll be a close one between the wii and 360 because there area lot of people that have lost hope in nintendo probably because they've grown older and don't like games that don't have blood in them anymore. I have to admit that my 360 has been getting a lot more attention as of lately than the wii.

Mainly because I LAN gears of war with my friends a lot. ;D

I got a New Xbox 360 not long ago, i feel ashamed i didnt buy Metroid Prime 3, but instead, since i am a Bomberman Veteran, i got Bomberman Live, i still feel uneasy about that..

I think nintendo is going to try to rush some production for the holidays so that they can sell more, but if they don't, the 360 will definitely go back into first.

I think the main thing that threatens nintendo at this stage is halo 3.

I'm going to say that it's going to suvive the Halo 3 warhead and thrive up to the holidays.

I think now, after thinking about it (ha) that all the halo 3 wanters will already have gotten there 360 so I dont think its gonna effect the 360 sales when halo 3 comes out.

Are we all forgetting Super Mario Galaxy and SSBB. One of those has Got to live up to Halo.

SSBB is much more anticipated than mario galaxy, though yeah, those combined will also help.
