Nah I used to set up the line, sit in the tent (we'd usually stay over night sometimes for 1-2 days, and I'd just watch the line bob up and down, and I'd play on the gameboy, mostly on buffy and pokemon red |

Nats? bah, just light up a cigar or bug cigarette to scare them away. Or just light up a fire, but that wouldn't be smart near the water.
Or you could just go with repellent, but if you're using spam as bait, it might do you good to just go with the cigar.

Lol, I've never got pushed into the lake, but down lechlade the big river system not far from where we live, theres a hug clean river. We used to goo down there and jump off the giant stone bridge, it was so high up, but it was worth it.
