ok, i have created a chat room inside a chat program heres what you do

first: download paltalk www.paltalk.com/en/start_chatting.shtml its free, but theres an option to upgrade after you download it for 60 bucks a year

next: click "browse all video chat rooms"

then: click the "friends love and romance" category, then the "just friends" category,

and: in the subcategory "just friends" you should see the nintendo fan chat room.

Well maybe this will do better then the last chat room, i'll check it out.
