Lately, I been so tired, so often, I been constantly sleeping, not even going to bed too late really. Is my body catching up from the 3-4 years from when I was a insomniac and never slept? Or should I lay off of the pc and video games that make me tired.
Damn, I have no chakra left to go on.....
(One of the reasons I havent been posting, no pc, too tired)

Damn, I have no chakra left to go on..... (One of the reasons I havent been posting, no pc, too tired) It all depends what age you are and what other activities you are doing regularly. You could also be going through either depression or some sort of illness.

I used to, when I was younger, have trouble going to bed too. Back then I would turn my tv to the weather channel and put it on sleep mode, that did the trick.
Now, whenever I stay up too late is because I'm on my laptop. I'm tired, but the interactivity of the comptuer keep your mind alert and awake. If you want to go to bed earlier, try avoiding any computers and video games at least an hour before you want to sleep. I would suggest taking a shower, or reading, or watching TV, or other things.
If that doesn't work, try asking your parents for help.

Its not depression or anything, and I do go out alot. I also have a shower before i go to bed 'cause that helps.
Im 15, i used to never sleep from when i was 10 to 13-14, then i was able to sleep fine again, up until latey.
I get a fair bit of exercise, maybe im just going through a stage of uber lazy-teenage need bed time =\
Maybe watching harry potter when i go to bed will make me fall asleep, that movie sucks so much ass.

It's a proven fact that if you use the internet alot(about an hour a day), and don't use it for 24 hours, you'll fall asleep.

On week days I sleep just fine but I like staying up late on weekends, I have nothing to worry about the next day so I just stay up all night.

Alright here's a sure-fire way to get to sleep. First you drink some chamomile tea. Then listen to soothing music. After that go drink some warm milk. Then get in a rocking-chair and rock back and forth. Eat a snickers. Make a milkshake. Dress your dog. Lick a pole. Smell your feet. Do some break-dancing. Sing a song. After all this you'll be so tired, you'll pass out. Your welcome! The bill's in the mail.

I agree since internet or no internet, you'll still fall asleep. So that fact is wrong because not using the internet for 24 hours will not make you sleep more or less, it's still going to be the same.

Geez, don't have to be so touchy about it, I'm just trying to help a guy. Besides, haven't any of you ever fallen asleep after too much time looking at a colored screen? Your eye's would atleast be heavy.
