you fool, a nuke wouldnt be evil enough, sure its awesome but we want to take the enemy by surprise......also a nuke isnt in our budget. what we will do is......take control over the homeless, who else is fucked off with the government. take these vials, they are filled with powerful narcotics. in ject them with it and theyre ours to control
