God dammit,trying to watch through eva agian,yet I can't find any site that has all of the episodes.
Then I found em on youtube,and was like "oh cool,good quality",but the guy only uploaded the first 3 episodes.

Well,the series was known for it's mindfuckery,every episode always ends up getting all philosophical about some shit or another.Mostly it focuses on the main character overcoming his shattered psyche caused by his complete lack of manly emotions.
The robots aren't that similar to other mech shows,they're rather primitive,they rely on a power cord to remain active,and their weapons are such shite that the main character ends up just beating the enemies to death.
Oh yeah,there's also a shit-ton of fanservice.

You know they just had an eureka seven movie,it was shown at a few theaters a couple weeks ago for just one day.Why they decided to make a movie out of it 2 years after the show finished broadcasting stateside?Beats me.

It was actually a Lucky Star reference, Soujiro said it at one point. Never heard of Genshiken, though looking at the Wikipedia article, it looks like something I'd want to check out.
