ive russled in some info on this, they have reduced it to a teen rating as you said so no fatalities and toned down gore (but you can still throw the spear dude) all this just because dc doesnt wanna see their precious heroes getting torn apart (i can understand but cmon its mortal kombat) also for any of you dc c**ts obviously some characters powers like supermans have been toned down to so that stun moves like the spear would effect. fricken superman, hes super alright

wanna know something? i think when i was 14 i saw a mortal kombat tv plug in thing and bought it (stashed in the darkness of my parents room) i picked it up and noticed another one, A VERSION WITHOUT FATALITIES OR BLOOD. stupid as fuck so theyve already done the sin

i think with that mortal kombat gold there were 1 button fatalities,and brutalities,and i think beastialities(yeah it was a play on words because characters turned into animals and killed ppl,scorpian turned into a penguin and layed a bomp egg)

they are animalities but you know how muffed up the english language can get when simplicities involved. theyve got fatilities, brutalities, multalities (shaolion monks, kills multiple enemies), animalities, friendships and a pretty stupid hara kiri (i think thats chinese for suicide) basically a little move if you dont want your mate to get all the glory when you die

I freakin agree with you (note to everyone: that's the first time that I have agreed with Matt-Sama on anything.)As much as I love playing Mortal Kombat, I'm never going to play this game since the assholes at DC Comics want Midway to 'tone' down their violence, fatalities, and finishing movements on their characters so that their percious DC superheroes won't get ripped apart by Scorpion or Sub-Zero or any other MK fighter. So fuck that shit, big time. I rather wait and play Street Fighter IV and/or the next Mortal Kombat (MK 9) game, that is if Mortal Kombat survives after this game. Plus if MK was to do a cross-over with any other fighting series, it would be awesome to see Mortal Kombat vs. Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat vs. anything else but DC Comics, if it was Marvel Comics, then it would be a lot better than their rivals at DC, cuz it would be great to see Wolverine vs. Baraka, or Jax vs Luke Cage, or Raiden vs. Thor, or Sonya vs. Rouge, or Cyrax vs. Iron Man, Scorpion vs. Doctor Octopus, or Kabal vs. Doctor Doom. Plus Batman vs. Sub-Zero, What the fuck! Tha'ts not a good match that I would like to see or play. So who here agrees with Matt and your WT Shadaloo general? |
