Its a new resident evil movie made by capcom themselves (they made 2 previous ones before) its a completely CG movie and wont follow the crap that was the live action trilogy. hang on, this is a movie? i saw the thing and thought *oh boy a resi 4 sequel* but a movie?
it still looks fricken amazing. and i hope capcom themselves have a part in the directing

Capcom are directing and producing, they have made other movies like this and even a 3d one. It won be the live action shit we're used too.

Not sure. I hope so, did you know theres a ds game called resident evil 4 2 in the making, where you play as the merchand and you have to sell things and manage your money....strange.

Back when that crap re3 movie came out last year,i was saying to me friend: "why don't they just make a cg movie with the real voiceactors from the games voicing there characters,and they could call it 'resident evil regeneration' or 'resident evil recreation'."
i would be so less pissed off if all videogame movies were cg.

I'd say it looked abit better, theyre probably animating it a bit simpler to save money for decent voice actors....or so I hope!!

It has more RE soul then any other projects they've worked on recently,umbrella chronicles had it,but the game was mediocre,re4 barely had it,and re5? If it wasn't for chris it wouldn't even be a resident evil game,even the creator of resident evil has turned his back to the game.

The gameplay yes,but god damn re5 barely even seems like a resident evil game.
I'm going to have to rent this movie,i saw a clip from it,looks fucking awesome.
